FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Evri. All deliveries over £15 are shipped free with 1 -2 day delivery, while a flat rate shipping fee of £4 applies to orders under £15 for 1 - 2 day delivery.
There will be an extra £2.75 postage fee added to any of the below locations, including for free delivery on orders over £15. In these cases, the initial £4 postage will remain free but the extra fee will be charged to the customer as their address is in a location that is particularly difficult to deliver to, and so the costs of delivery are reflected in this extra charge.
For this same reason, next day delivery unfortunately isn't available to these locations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping - we only ship to the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@purepod.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
