How is PurePod® different from other diffusers?
The PurePod® Home Diffuser is entirely waterless, using nebulising technology to release the scent from your fragrance oils in a much more powerful and controlled way.
By atomising the oils, and adding a number of customisable timing and duration functions, the PurePod® Home Diffuser allows for a far superior diffusing experience, meaning you can take your PurePods® anywhere and add ambience to any space without the mess and fuss of a traditional diffuser.
Is this the same as the NEOM diffuser?
No - The PurePod® Home Diffuser has a premium laser-etched steel casing and is designed for both large and small areas, whereas the Neom Wellbeing Pod Mini has a cheaper plastic casing and lower functionality.
Do I have to clean my PurePod?
No - Unlike the majority of diffusers, which require you to add drops of oil into water to then diffuse, the PurePod Home Diffuser uses waterless nebulising technology to diffuse your favourite scents throughout your home.
This means you don’t need to empty the water every time you want to switch your scent, and no need to clean out the water bowl. Just plug and play.
How do I swap scents?
It’s really easy. Just push up through the hole in the bottom of your PurePod, then pull out the nebulizer element which is attached to your scent bottle.
Then just unscrew your current scent bottle from the nebulising element and replace it with another scent. Just remember to put the lid on the old scent bottle in case it falls over.
What if I change my mind?
No worries - we offer a full no-hassle refund guarantee on our PurePod® Home Diffusers if you change your mind in the first 30 days.
Just ensure the product is still as new and unused in all of its original undamaged packaging and our support team will let you know where to post it back to for a full refund. Please note that this doesn’t apply to oils.
What if my product is faulty?
We hope this is never the case, but on the rare occasion that a product is faulty, you can get in touch with our support team who will send you a shipping label to return the faulty item free of charge.
Our 6 month warranty means that you can do this within 6 months of your purchase date with complete peace of mind. Please note that this only applies to our diffuser products, not oils.
